Over one Hundred million dollars a month for canada in Libya

It has been costing Canadian’s well over one hundred million dollars every month since Peter MacKay and Steven Harper were suckered into the civil war in Libya.
(To put those numbers into perspective….The war in Afghanistan alone has cost every Canadian family well over $1,500.00 and will very likely cost each family another $1,500.00 as that mission gets extended)
The war in Libya has bogged down as many military generals had predicted. MacKay and Harper bought the story of Obama that this would be a short deal….. but now the truth and the facts on the ground tell otherwise and once again Canadians will have to pay the bill for an incompetent defence minister’s mistakes. I can’t seem to get the image of MacKay’s grinning face out of my head as he sat in the cockpit of the new fighter jets he was just salivating to buy with Canadian tax dollars. The phrase, “Grinning Jackal” comes to mind.
Canadians don;t seem to mind the cost of either wars or the cost of the fighter jets. The government was elected back in again and the cost of the wars were a non issue during the elections.
It surprizes me that Canadians don’t care because somebody is going to have to pick up the price for these expensive and ill defined wars.
